- Cogemos un poco del relleno hecho con las batatas y lo ponemos en el centro de cada oblea., humedecemos el borde, con un poco de agua y vamos doblando. Cerramos bien alrededor, con ayuda de un tenedor, procurando que se sellen bien.
- Se pone la sartén y se le echa aceite, y cuando esté bien caliente se van friendo con cuidado que no se nos quemen. Al sacarlas, se le echa el azúcar al gusto Si no se quiere hacer la masa, se puede comprar hechas las obleas.
