  5. Encender el horno fuerte para precalentar. Desparramar el dulce sobre la masa. Estirar la masa restante cortarla en tiritas y ponerla sobre el dulce
  6. Bajar el horno a 200* y cocinar 15'. Mientras, mezclar la mermelada con dos cucharas de agua caliente y batir un poco para diluir.
  7. Al sacar del horno, pintar toda la tarta en caliente con la mermelada y espolvorear los bordes con coco rallado. De panadería!!! Esperar que se enfríe para desmoldar, para evitar que se rompa porque es súper suave!
  8. Y un bonus...😄... Me sobró un poquito de masa, que sirve para unas pepitas, que las cociné y las llené de chocolate blanco!!!
