- A continuación cortamos el "chorizo" cada un centímetro aproximadamente. Y le hacemos la típica marca de los ñoquis (se puede hacer con ayuda de un tenedor). En este paso es importante cuidar que no se peguen entre sí. De ser necesario espolvoreamos con más harina.

- Ahora solo queda agregar en abundante agua hirviendo. Revolvemos para que no se peguen. Y una vez que suben esperamos un minuto y colamos. Y a disfrutar de estos ricos ñoquis de batata!
