Cuando esté listo agregar la rebanada de queso y quesillo al gusto, apagar el fuego y tapar para que se fundan los quesos. Luego rellenar los güisquiles y enseguida colocarles un poquito de queso encima y listos para servir.
  4. Se les puede cubrir con queso mozzarella y llevar al horno unos minutos para gratinar y quedarían aún mejor!!
